Welcome
NEST is a full-time educational provision for asylum seeker and refugee young people, aged 15-19 years. As a specialist provision for newly arrived asylum seekers and refugees who are new to English, many have NO previous formal educational experience and no literacy in first language.
One of the core aims is to prepare them to achieve qualifications at Entry Levels in Functional Skills Maths, Functional Skills ICT and English in the form of ESOL Skills for Life.

Travelling by car: do not follow sat nav directions, this will take you on to Maid Marion Way.
Proceed along Castle Boulevard towards the City Centre, turn left onto Castle Road(no right turn). We are the building between Bluecoat Archway 6th Form Trust and the Tudor building. On street parking is available – pay and display.
